Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
Preserve at Baywood offers reserved, covered parking and detached garage parking. As a plus, there is also boat and RV parking available.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Sunday through Thursday, so trash needs to be out of the main door by 8 PM for pickup. Please remember to bring your trash can back inside by 9 AM the next day.
Where is the dog park?
There are 2 located on the community, one on phase 2 is towards the back of the community near building 8. Phase 1 is located at the front across from building 2.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
Guest are allowed to park where-ever within the community as long as it’s not a reserved spot, carport or blocking someone’s garage.
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
Yes we provide them with an orange tag at move in, if they didn’t receive one then they can stop by the office to obtain one.
Does your community offer clubhouse rentals?
Yes we provide clubhouse rentals for our Phase 2 clubhouse only. – Residents are required to submit their request to the office where the team will check availability. Once confirmed the resident will sign the rental form and pay the fee of $250 to secure the clubhouse with a $500 deposit.
What are your fitness center hours?
Fitness Centers are both open 24/7. They will use their community access code on the Brivo pin pads located at the entry doors to these locations.
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
No, only 2 guests per household are permitted.
Are mailbox numbers different from apartment numbers?
For our Phase 1 apartments (units 111-1538) they are the same as the apartment number. However for our Phase 2 apartments (2111-21238) they are a different number.
Where is the Compactor located?
We do not have compactors, but dumpsters are located on Phase 1 between building 1-2, building 5, building 6, between 7-8, 8&15, 9&10, 12&13. Phase 2 buidling 1, 5, 7, 10.
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
Move In: 10am-5pm, Move Out up to midnight the day of their move out.
Where are the grills and what type are they?
Phase 1 Buildings charcoal grills at 2-3, 3-4, 8-9, 14 as well as gas inside the Phase 1 pool area. Phase 2 Buildings charcoal grills at 5-6, 7-8, and in the Phase 2 pool area gas grills.
What are the Cable TV/Wi-Fi provider speed and phone number?
AT&T or Xfinity (anyone) we don’t partner with anyone specifically and are not a bulk community. But the optic fiber is already installed in the ground of the community.
Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
Water is billed based on consumed through the City and we will allocate the bill back to them on their rent statement.
What are the top community amenities?
Pet Wash station, 3 Pets welcome, select units have private yards, we also have some units with attached garages , Sand Volleyball court, 2 Dog Parks, and boat RV Parking. Outdoor Fitness Stations.
